About the Role:
RODI Systems Corp is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Aztec, NM. In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain that keeps our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to meet company procurement needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement requirements
- Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations
- Resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and vendor discrepancies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or purchasing platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze bids, quotes, and contracts to identify best value
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
