About the Role:
RODI is a manufacturer of Industrial water treatment systems and controls. We are seeking someone to manage inventory, assemble controllers, and work with panel builders on panels for treatment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently in the assembly process.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when required.

Compensation: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
