About the Role:
RODI Systems Corp is looking for a skilled Industrial Panel Assembler & Wirer to join their team in Aztec, NM. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in building and wiring industrial control panels that power real-world systems. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and technical work, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels according to engineering drawings and schematics
- Install components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices
- Route, cut, label, and terminate wiring
- Perform quality checks and inspections on completed panel and controls assemblies
- Troubleshoot wiring issues and resolve discrepancies between drawings and physical builds
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet production schedules and specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial panel building, electrical assembly, or control panel wiring
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Familiarity with electrical components including PLCs, VFDs, relays, and terminal blocks
- Knowledge of safe electrical work practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment
- Electrical trade certification or vocational training is a plus
